• Welcome to My Creative Year!

Thanks so much for coming to see what I've been up to. I'm in the midst of a self-challenge to *create* for a year straight. I needed something to fill a weird void I was feeling, and exploring different styles of art and creativity seems to fit the bill! So, Welcome! I'm glad you've come for a visit...
  • Heartfelt Thanks

I don't always have a chance to thank everyone who leaves such lovely comments on my projects. I just want to express my appreciation for your encouragement and compliments on my creative journey. You are all greatly appreciated!

To love and to Cherish…

Ha! I’ll bet you thought I forgot about this blog! Nope – not me. Still going strong. I’ve been busy over the past week or so, and also pre-occupied by some fun new stuff in life.

I have a friend getting married in a few weeks, and tomorrow night we’re having a Bachelorette Party for her.  Part of the plan (beyond drinking Champagne and cavorting around town) is to dress her up before we parade her through downtown Missoula.  Some of the girls came up with some terrible, baudy outfit for her to wear; plus we have a veil to tie things onto and I made an apron for her to wear, which I tied things onto as well.

Heh heh – This baby made me laugh.

If only I could have found a ball and chain, or a frying pan – that would have been perfect.

(Can you tell I’m not married???)

Yes, although I’m personally anti-marriage, I do wish Katie and Steve the best.  They’ve been together a long time already, and I know they’ll be happy.

  1. How creative. Congratulations to your friend. I hope she survives her party.
