• Welcome to My Creative Year!

Thanks so much for coming to see what I've been up to. I'm in the midst of a self-challenge to *create* for a year straight. I needed something to fill a weird void I was feeling, and exploring different styles of art and creativity seems to fit the bill! So, Welcome! I'm glad you've come for a visit...
  • Heartfelt Thanks

I don't always have a chance to thank everyone who leaves such lovely comments on my projects. I just want to express my appreciation for your encouragement and compliments on my creative journey. You are all greatly appreciated!

A creative update…

I realized I haven’t posted any new pieces of creativity in the past few days.  But I assure you I’m hard at work!  I’m currently working on two pieces – one is my Portable Shrine to Inner Peace (inspired by a very stressful day last week).  It’s almost done, and I really like it.  🙂  It will definitely take up a highly-visual place on my work desk.  I’m hoping to have it finished tonight, and I’ll post pictures as soon as it’s complete.

The other piece I can’t really comment on too much – but it’s gonna be great!  It’s a gift for my Sister and her Son, and since she visits here now and again, I don’t want to ruin the surprise.

All I can say is that both pieces incorporate the use of some lovely metallic paint that just make you take a deep breath.  And that’s what both pieces are designed to do.

So I’m hard at work – I just didn’t want you to think I forgot about my Groundhog promise to myself.  🙂

Enjoy a blissful day – because, after all, you’re worth it!
